Are you passionate about calligraphy and community engagement? Akshar Mahotsav 2024 is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us in making this year’s festival a grand success! This is your chance to contribute, learn, and grow with us.
Event Details:
Dates: 3 days in Second week of August

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00PM

Volunteer Categories:
- Registration Desk: 4 positions
- Workshop Assistants: 2 positions
- Exhibition Assistants: 12 positions
- Food Section: 2 positions
- Stationery Management: 2 positions
- Navankur Coordination: 6 positions

This is an unpaid opportunity, as TCF is a non-profit NGO.
We will not be able to reimburse any personal expenses of volunteers.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
2. Volunteers are expected to commit to the agreed-upon dates and times.
3. Volunteers must follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the event coordinators.
4. Any misconduct or failure to perform duties may result in termination of the volunteer agreement.
5. Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
6. Personal data provided in the application will be used solely for the event and will not be shared with third parties.
